Shipping and Returns

Shipping is free PAN India.
Orders are shipped within 24-48 Hours. We will not be shipping orders over the weekend. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
For Domestic orders delivery of the product usually take 5-8 working days to be delivered, depending upon the location.
We are not taking International Orders for now.
Due to COVID-19 situation our deliveries may get delayed.
While placing an order with us, you must enter your shipping details correctly. Due to wrong shipping details, delay in delivery will be customers responsibility.

If you have received product in damaged or defective condition write us at contact@himalayansuperfoods.com with picture attached.
To return the product you must mail it to Himalayan Superfoods directly. RTO charges to be paid by the buyer. RTO cost is non–refundable.

Once you place the order it can only be cancelled within 4-6 hours from placing the order. If your order is not shipped yet, you can write us at contact@himalayansuperfoods.com to cancel it.
It will take 12-15 days for the refund to reflect in original mode of payment, under the PayUMoney refund policy.
Transaction fee and GST levied by PayUMoney at the time of payment captured will not be reversed in your account.
In case order is shipped already we would not be able to accept any cancellations.
